Call it the Grateful Dead style of artistry, but I don’t do anything casually. When I first started taking photos, I didn’t wait until I knew what I was doing. I just started pointing the camera at things I liked and then started playing around with the finished product. I don’t have 10,000 hours invested in this and only know what I like. Do I care if it is any good? Sure, but I like what I like and I want to share it. So poke around, tell me what you think. I’ll add more as I take more (and no this is not everything, just the pieces that I like).
Don,
I enjoyed perusing your photos just now. I like many things about your work, but maybe especially the prominence you give to the New Mexican sky. It was a pleasure meeting you in Silver City, and I’m sorry we didn’t have a chance to talk much after Wednesday. Anyway, I hope I have your correct e-mail–I am sending you that paper I think you asked for a copy of.
All best,
Marc Hudson
